Huawei today announced the launch of its new flagship mobile phone HUAWEI Mate 40 series for 2020, and released three models including Mate40, Mate40 Pro, and Mate40 Pro+. Among them, Mate40 Pro has five colors, and Mate40 Pro+ has only two colors, ceramic white and ceramic black.

Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a body size of 162.9×75.5×9.1mm, weighs 212g, uses a 6.76-inch 90Hz screen, has a 1344P resolution and 18.5:9 aspect ratio, and supports screen fingerprint recognition.

HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro and HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro+ are equipped with Huawei’s first 5-nanometer Kirin 9000 SoC chip, integrated 15.3 billion transistors, built-in 4400mAh battery, and support 66W fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. In terms of cameras, Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a front 13MP+3D ToF combination, and a rear 50MP+20MP+12MP+laser focus camera, which supports 8K video recording. The periscope telephoto camera of Huawei Mate 40 Pro+ can achieve 17x optical zoom, 20x hybrid zoom, and maximum 100x digital zoom. And through the free-form surface lens and anti-distortion algorithm to solve the problem of photo distortion caused by ultra-wide angle.
