TWS headset brings innovation
In-ear detection, heart rate sensing solutions will be popular
1)In-ear detection
Regarding in-ear detection, the most common optical solution in the market is the traditional capacitive detection scheme
Optical detection program pain point analysis:
1, the volume is very large, the optical detection scheme needs to be perforated and lighted on the surface of the earphone, which is not conducive to the waterproof design of the earphone.
2. Due to the limitation of the structure space, it is difficult to make the PCB stacking of the earphone cavity, which is not conducive to the miniaturization design of the earphone.
3. A large number of earphone products adopt a single light path detection scheme, which will cause the materials that block the light path to easily trigger detection when the earphones are not worn, and the earphones cannot work.
Capacitance detection scheme, pain point analysis:
1, temperature impact:
Capacitance detection schemes are susceptible to temperature, especially at high latitudes. For example, when the northeast winter is cold, the outdoor is minus 20 degrees to the indoor ten degrees.
2, detection method:
The traditional solution is only to detect the amount of capacitance change, which may be far greater than the change of the headphone capacitance, which is prone to misjudgment and also causes the failure of the wearing test.
2)Heart Rate sensing
The new technology provides a high-precision, low-power, high-integration heart rate measurement product line that delivers the advantages of high accuracy, long standby, and easy processing for end-user products.
This series of products includes a variety of optical sensor modules based on Photo Plethysmo Graphy (PPG), which can detect various physiological characteristics such as heart rate and blood oxygen. It can be widely used in smart headphones and smart bracelets. Wearable devices such as watches, health armbands, and heart rate stickers, as well as other products that require PPG detection technology, provide end users with physiological information collection, exercise guidance, health monitoring, and emotional stress analysis.
