AirPods Pro is Apple's latest split wireless headset, supporting noise reduction, standard wireless charging box

Remove the silicone earplugs and start disassembling

Pull off the adhesive and see a button battery

The ribbon cable connects the noise-reduction microphone to the main body and has a glue bond

3.7V working voltage, made in Germany, model CP1154, CP1254 has a capacity of 200mWh, AirPods Pro has a battery capacity of 168mWh, which is much larger than the 93mWh of AirPods 2, and close to PowerBeats Pro.

The drive unit and the noise-reduction microphone are fixed by plastic, and they can be removed if they are pulled.

Going back to the small tail, after disconnecting the cable, you can see Apple's custom SiP (including H1 and other chips), which is smaller than the previous package, and the back is some bare chips.

Inside are some sensors, Mike (red), antenna (orange), SiP (yellow) where H1 is located, possibly pressure sensor (green)

The charging box, the lid and the box are glued together

Components on the charging box, L476MGY6 A5 (red), Broadcom 59356A2KUBG wireless charging module (orange), TI 97A4PQ1 (yellow), NXP 610A3B KN3308 (green, may be charging IC)

Two batteries in the charging box, 1.98Wh, the Lightning interface is still independent and can be replaced independently.

After dismantling, the maintainability of AirPods Pro is divided into 0, that is, after it is broken, do not repair it, directly replace it.
